Q: How can I delete my account?

A: To delete your account:

1) Open the app.
2) Navigate to Profile page > Settings > Delete Profile.
3) Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.

If you're unable to access the app, please contact us at syncplanning@gmail.com to request account deletion. In your email, include the email address associated with your account as a second confirmation. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be removed from our servers within 30 days.

Q: Can I delete content without deleting my account?

A: Yes, you can manage your content independently of your account. Most content within the app can be added, edited, or deleted at your discretion. For instance, images can be updated or replaced with blank ones as desired. There's no need to delete your entire account to remove specific data.

Q. How do I get my list or schedule featured in the highlights?

A: Schedules and lists are occasionally selected for the Highlights section at our discretion, based on various factors. If your item is chosen, it must be marked as public to be visible in Highlights. If you change it to private, it will no longer appear in the Highlights section, even if it has been selected.
